Returns 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Process  

To request a return, please contact us at returns@mendmotion.com with your order number. Once we receive the returned product and inspect its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.

Exchanges  

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, send us an email at support@mendmotion.com.

Non-Returnable Items  

Gift cards and items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
